Started as a hope, ended as wage war

Fought and fighting, better than before

But still ascending up, once again

Attain the top, with the pain

    Across the greenway and betray

    Propelling all my antagonism away

Lock stock and barrel has its own price

Sail the hell to reach the paradise

Struggling for the desire never becomes tire

Show the world you got the fire

You the only one who got your back

In the beginning, it will be always black

    No need of a motivation

    If you’re your own inspiration

Just as my one dream end

    It’s beginning for another one.

Thank you for submitting your poem for consideration for Featured Poem of the Month.  I very much like the idea that the end of one dream is the beginning of the next dream.  Positive and hopeful!  – Susan
