Welcome to my Chat Room

I invite you to submit questions about poetry. I’m always happy to “talk” poetry with fellow poets.

I would also like to suggest that you follow me on Instagram to see what type of poetry submissions I am requesting, as they change each week.  To submit a poem, for consideration to be selected, and then featured on my Instagram page, simply register, and then select “CLICK HERE TO CHAT” and type your poem in the chat box and click send.

I will only be considering poems, in the future, that are submitted through the Chat Room.  To the best of my ability, I respond to submissions within forty-eight hours.  Sometimes, however, the sheer number of submissions makes the reply time a bit longer.  If your poem or question comes into my www.poetladykatz.com Chat Box, you will receive a response.  I would just ask you to be patient.

Poetry is about connecting us, one to the other, across miles, across all the differences that would separate us.

I look forward to, in the weeks ahead, connecting with you.

Your Friend in Poetry,
Susan

"Try not, to break all bonds of emotions, Entangled ye art amid illusion of this world; Be amused to live within glorious moments,  Leave all in time, let it wipe all lust!" -R.G.

I feel lost in the sea of possibilities, seeing the wild waves crawl upon me, as I try to illuminate my hollows into depth of untouched sparks waiting to ignite within. I collect the sea shells- "What does it even mean?" I decode, encrypt &...
