    I was waiting for you

    in the dark,

    hoping for that

    presence of your light.

    To feel your warmth

    and those dazzling eyes:

    to look in its depth

    depth of beauty that—

    sparkled my heart

    and pumped its glow

    into my veins.

    BUT;

    you never came

    as I stood there

    drenched in rain,

    which turned into a graffiti

    I didn’t know.

    “Lover left Loner”

    was what it called

    and I still wander

    round the graffiti

    but this time not

    in an earthly body

    as it’s already 101 years

    when I started being called,

    “A Scary Ghost” with

    an untold story

    lost long ago;

    crippled in the hands of death

    waiting for you,

    waiting for YOU!
