Poetry Talk

Your poem takes us on a voyage of self-discovery, giving us a view into your own, personal, inner journey from “dust” to “the shade of my work in life/might lesson the burden on the scales.”  Quite an intense and emotional journey of self revelation and, you do have some very fine lines and images in your poem.  I thank you so much for sharing it with me, Susan
