Thank you for sharing this very emotional poem with me.  How meaningful that something as simple as a pair of jeans, becomes such an important element in one’s life and thus, in one’s poem.  I can feel the heart hurting in your poem and, in the end, making the reader feel, is what poetry is all about,  I will add your poem to those I am considering for Featured Poem of the Month for July.  – Susan
