    Mist and the frost
    Rustling leaves
    Birds are awake,
    Chirping and flying again
    A tree alone
    In a huge forest
    Afraid of making friends
    Afraid of the evil
    The world contains
    The earth that shakes
    A small tree
    In a huge forest
    A pitiful scenery
    Describes the pain

Thank you so much for sharing this very well written and very well thought out, poem.  I truly like your images and am touched by them – “the lone tree in the forest – “afraid of making friends” – “mist and frost – rustling leaves” all create a sensory journey that we may take with you, through your poem.  Nicely done.  Your friend in poetry, Susan
