FEATURED POEM
No it isn’t just the reverse of the guilty orb outside,
Or of the inner life where dwells the plight,
It’s just the same as in real we see from our eyes,
Just a back-pedal on to view what we lose in fight.
I view myself everyday or hour to see a deeper shade,
It reveals something more when I stare in its gaze,
Hidden deep and deep in it’s hazy maze,
Is a me full of spirit in a lively glaze.
Oh! What a world so bright and virgin pure,
So true in nature and in it’s creepy cure,
So vulnerable it becomes to break the obscure,
But still seeing it my heart swells for it is one that me allures.
My true side to me it reveals as I stare into it’s void,
And displays a life that in only dreams I so enjoyed,
Not only does it reflect a sense of being rejoiced,
But it does give me a purpose of laugh and cry else devoid.
